Sharon Brown
Sharon Brown graduated from the College of New Rochelle in 2004 with a degree in Guidance and Counseling, and has counseled at non-profits in New York, Philadelphia, and Delaware, working with homeless men, young mothers, and chronically homeless seniors. After receiving her Nutritional, Health and Life coaching certification in 2013, Sharon moved to Martha’s Vineyard as the Vice President and Health and Wellness Coordinator of the Martha’s Vineyard Vegan Society, and is now the Operations Director of Island Food Pantry with Island Grown Initiative. Sharon is passionate about building connections with cancer patients and is also the Executive Director of a Cancer Prevention Program. Sharon has a passion for helping others and providing happiness, everywhere she goes. Sharon brings a deep love for teaching complete Mind, Soul and Body Wellness and passion of food and helping others to the board.
