Goal: To address disparities, racial injustices and limitations as it relates to access and affordability in healthcare.

Members: Hospital and healthcare setting staff, social service & mental health agencies, veteran’s services, senior services, nutrition, dental and medical, and those who are committed to accessible healthcare and healthy living for all.

Activities:

• Provided opportunity for vaccination access to people of color during and after the pandemic
• Sought access to Broadband TeleHealth for seniors
• Project development, collaboration, and grant research to provide programs for people of color to monitor accurate blood pressure.
• Seeking to collaborate with both Island and State organizations, including the need for grant funding to develop, supplement and/or enhance health-related programs and access to care
